We recently had our windows installed by Lewis Windows, and I can confidently say this was one of the best contractor experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were exceptional. What immediately stood out to me was that the owner himself was actively involved in the installation process. He wasn’t just selling the job and disappearing — he was present, hands-on, and personally ensuring that everything was done correctly and to a high standard. That level of ownership and accountability is incredibly rare today. What really separated Lewis Windows from every other company I spoke with was the depth of knowledge. I specifically wanted laminated windows for sound reduction and performance, and he understood details that literally nobody else I consulted could explain properly. He was able to speak intelligently about laminated glass construction, performance differences, and the real-world impact on noise reduction and quality. It was immediately obvious that he is a true expert in his field and not just another salesperson reading from a script. On top of all of that, the pricing was extremely competitive — especially considering the level of quality, expertise, and service provided. The installation quality exceeded expectations, the crew was professional and respectful, and the finished product looks fantastic. Tim replaced a few doors for us a year ago and did a great job, so we didn’t hesitate to call him again for new windows.  Tim and his crew did an amazing job with the windows and went above and beyond as far as doing extra things and cleaning up after they were finished. Very nice and professional staff and crew.  Prices are great and with an added lifetime warranty, it was a no brainer. Also added in a door frame fix for my back door that was rotted. Tim and his team were wonderful! We had 40+ windows and 3 doors installed and we are beyond impressed with the quality of work and his streamlined process from start to finish. Tim was very informative and helped us choose the best fit windows based on our desire for low profile frames. I got 3 quotes from Window companies to replace 19 windows.   Tim Lewis was hands down the most knowledgeable. A friend had used him and was very pleased.  Easy to work with.  Loved that it was a local company.  My windows are amazing and completely transformed my home.   The crew was timely and professional and the owner is out there helping with the install. Highly recommend! Tim replaced our wooden front door with a fiberglass door. It was an amazing installation; I just stared at it for the first couple of days! We  finally have a properly installed door with all the things necessary to make it tightly sealed and secure.
